The ExactClock Holiday API is provided by inloop AB, Sweden. By using it you agree to these terms.

Use

You may use the API in free and commercial products within the limits of your plan. The free plan requires a visible link to exactclock.app where the data is shown. Do not try to get around quotas, for example with several free accounts or rotating IP addresses; we may block keys and addresses that do.

Data

Holiday data is based on the open-source project date-holidays (CC BY 3.0) and provided as is, without warranty. Dates can be wrong or change at short notice – verify critical dates with official sources. We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect data or downtime.

Paid plans

Subscriptions are billed in advance each month or year through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice by email.

Availability

We aim for high availability but give no guaranteed uptime. We may change or retire API versions with reasonable notice.
